Peace and comfort awaits you at this spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8, located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Master BR. poses king size bed, walk-in
closet and own bathroom with shower. 2nd. BR. queen size bed, 3rd. BR. queen size bed, 4th.BR. full size bed. Linen closet fully equipped for all guests. Laundry room with washer/ dryer, soap, iron and board. Kitchen with beautiful granite countertops with upgraded appliances: Stove, Fridge, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker etc. Cupboards and drawers with lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Family room: cable TV, WIFI, phone and a Bar to relax and even enjoy a bottle of fine wine(on the house). Dining area is spacious and seats 6-8 and leads to the patio and pool area to relax, eat, swim or simply splash. This is home away from home.

Our stay here was great. James was quick to respond to my texts. He met us at the house to give us the keys and show us around. The pool was a bit cold but we still enjoyed it. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed. The house was very clean and nice. I will stay here again when in the area.

From the moment I booked until the day we left, James was the most attentive host I’ve had for any property I’ve stayed at. The home is beautiful, very clean and a comfortable place for family to come back to each evening. We were in the Homosassa area for a family funeral and we appreciated the home to be together but have our own space as well. Highly recommended and if in the area again we will return! Thank you James!

The neighbors tend to play very loud music in the morning but wasn’t that bad, you can’t use the blankets on the beds so it’s better to bring your own blanket since he has throws in the closets. Overall I was very happy with my stay, he also takes out the garbage for you

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this Weeki Wachee home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The kids especially loved the pool—it was a huge hit! We made lots of great memories together and truly appreciated how well-stocked and welcoming the home was. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and peaceful family retreat!

From the beginning to the end the property manager owner James was amazing. The house was clean well furnished with all the amenities. We will absolutely be booking this home again if we are back in the area. I recommend the hour and 20 minute drive to Clearwater Beach as the beaches closer are not as clean. There are grocery stores and restaurants within a 10-minute Drive. The neighborhood was quiet. There is nothing bad I can say about our stay except maybe I wish it was longer.

This would have easily been a 4-5-star stay, had it not been for interactions with the host... There is no option for self check in and he got upset with us (no apologies, counting it a "misunderstanding") after forgetting the message he replied to in VRBO that said we would call on the way because we couldn't guarantee a 4:00 arrival. A simple lockbox with a code sent via VRBO would have avoided both our frustration as well as his. The house had everything we needed (and then some) for a decent stay, with the exception of no second key and the outdoor grill in the photographs was not there. There's plenty of storage, a large kitchen with everything you need to make a meal, plenty of dish detergent as well as soap throughout the entire house, cleaners, lots of towels, a washer and dryer that worked flawlessly with provided detergent, as well as a very refreshing pool. The house does show some age and there were a few janitorial items we had to take care of but reflected in the price. Had it not been for the unkind phonecall on the day of check in, we would have gladly stayed again.

Home away from home

Mr. Bertram is the best host that anyone can ask for. The house is always pristine and stocked, meeting him at the house for check in is a pleasure and he keeps the pool very clean. I will always check if this house is available when visiting family in Spring Hill.
