Newly remodeled private beachfront home with a great beachside deck to lay in the sun or cookout on the gas grill! You can also enjoy playing or lying in the sun on the private beach in front of the house. The owner's family is very allergic to pets; therefore, NO pets are considered at this home.

INSIDE THE HOME
This exquisite home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sophisticated blend of modern amenities with updated decor and furnishings. The first bedroom offers a queen bed with large windows framing serene water views, while the second bedroom also has a queen bed and a sliding door opening to the back deck. The third bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two twin beds, perfect for guests or children.
The home's kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation effortless, and sits adjacent to a dedicated dining room with a stylish table for shared meals or game nights. The separate living room offers a comfortable, inviting space to relax, unwind, or enjoy quiet evenings, with carefully arranged seating that enhances the cozy, upscale ambiance. Both bathrooms are elegantly finished—one with a sleek shower and the other with a shower/tub combination—completing this luxurious retreat.

A renter may bring an air mattress to accommodate up to two additional guests. The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 guests, and the existing bed arrangements comfortably sleep 6.

The outdoor space is perched atop the dune, offering private access to the sandy shore of Lake Michigan. While the back deck doesn't feature lake views, it provides plenty of space for outdoor dining, relaxing, and enjoying the fresh air in privacy.

The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show have coined the title "world's largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer.
