The Bridge Mountain House is a luxury rental home located directly in Springdale— the gateway town into Zion National Park.
The Bridge Mountain House was beautifully remodeled in 2019 with a modern design and has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds that can sleep 4-8 guests.
It has 2 full bathrooms with walk-in tile showers with European glass doors.
The home features a brand new full size kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances and quartz countertops.

The Bridge Mountain House was designed by famed architect Steven Roth and is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Springdale. The home features the “Parkitecture” style that is indigenous to the American national park system. The exterior of the home is built from natural sandstone that was quarried from the surrounding area.
It is a three-bedroom luxury home that was fully remodeled in May 2019 (originally built in 2013). For the extensive remodel, the interior was completely rebuilt from scratch.
The Bridge Mountain House boasts a modern interior design with 6 beds which can sleep 8 people. It is perfect for large groups such as a big family or a group of friends traveling together.
Although the house can comfortably sleep 8+ people — it is just as ideal for a group of between 4-6 people who want a spacious accommodation. And when you calculate what you pay per-person for the average hotel room in Springdale, the Bridge Mountain House is a far superior value. Plus with the full kitchen you can cook all your food here to save on meal costs.
The three-bedroom Bridge Mountain House features a separate master bedroom with adjoining private bathroom. The home has 2 full bathrooms. All bathrooms feature brand new tile showers w/ European shower glass doors, along w/ hair dryer and plush towels. The Bridge Mountain House boasts brand-new, real wood white oak floors throughout the entire home.
The house contains a full kitchen featuring brand-new stainless Bosch appliances, along with a dining table, an island bar, a dishwasher, and a full-size fridge/freezer, a range top grill & a full oven. The kitchen has beautiful custom-made cabinetry and dazzling quartz counter-tops.
There is a large private patio with a grill for outdoor entertaining that overlooks Bridge and West Temple mountains and offer views of the spectacular sunsets that make the overhead cliffs glow an iridescent orange. The home has a washer/dryer set for your convenience. Everything you need for a two-night visit or a two-week extended stay is provided.
The newly completed Bridge Mountain House is fresh and clean. It has lots of natural light with many windows. Extra tall 12-foot ceilings in the kitchen make the home feel open and airy.
There isn’t a finer large rental house to stay at in all of Zion. Every little detail was obsessed over in its design. It feels like a true luxury getaway to stay here and see Zion. Nothing beats coming back to a clean, comfortable home after a long day in Zion hiking and exploring.
Three of the best restaurants in town are within 100 yards walking distance of the home— and the only state liquor store within 40 miles is located across the street.

Perfect location and lovely place

Location was perfect- we walked the whole to dinners, visitor center for shuttle, spa, groceries. But had we not wanted to walk the local shuttle is literally out the front door. The place was beautiful and super comfy. Also very smart design making it perfect for our girls trip towels

Beautiful, well equipt, modern property in a perfect location in Springdale. We would stay again. A couple things to note; the property is not a free standing house, its a unit in a multi unit building. I was not aware of that when I reserved. Also, the walls between units do not block sound very well.

This place was absolutely perfect! The host communicated regularly, providing detailed information on Zion NP and Springdale. The property exceeded our expectations! Really nice and good location

Place was nice and location was good. Only negatives is the parking for the unit is a bit of a walk so we had to unload in the restaurant/park parking lot then move our cars, and the pictures definitely make this place look bigger than it is. Overall I’d stay again though!

The property manager was so good to with. The house was very clean, it smelled like a brand new house when entering. The bathrooms were very spacious. Going to recommend this house or the attached condos to friends and family.

Beautiful property in a perfect location.

We loved the property and the location was perfect. The only suggestion we had was for maybe property “instructions” onsite. We weren’t sure if we needed to take out the trash or wash any sheets prior to leaving. We also weren’t sure about the TV and whether it worked or not. The owner was quick to respond to requests but it would have been helpful to have a guide on the property (and perhaps there was and we just missed it). Other than that we loved our stay. Thank you for everything.

Great location

We were only in Springdale for 2 days but this place was perfectly located on Zion Park Blvd. Shuttle is literally right in front of the building. Facility was spotless. No complaints.
