All rooms claim to have river or pool view. They do not. We faced the road. Room was large but dark. Very expensive

The location was fantastic. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. The river side was so cool, with deer out our back door all the time and beautiful view. space was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again.

LOVED this hotel!! The design is so on point with the landscape and it just has a really nice feel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff were so busy cleaning and maintaining- so rare to see such a well maintained property. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zion National Park, great location. To make it even better, robes in the room and a better coffee maker ( although the drip coffee at their restaurant was the best we had in Utah!) We had a king room with river view…it was perfect.

We loved this place! Right on the river with incredible views and walkable to lots of restaurants & the shuttle. The rooms are really beautiful, well designed & everything you need! Highly recommend!

The property is conveniently located to bus stop 4 and it only takes a few minutes to reach the park entrance. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and the balcony with the large Adirondack chairs is awesome. The staff are friendly.

Everything was good and excellent but something was missing to make it excellent. Room had a nice view, but the next door restaurant trash collecting area was near us and in-between the 'view' - so felt staying next to garbage.

Great Location and views

Location is great - an easy walk to the park.The views from the riverside rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchenette is well-stocked for enjoying a good takeout on the balcony. The room rates are a tad pricey, but I would still consider staying here again.
