This 3-story lake house is what vacations are made of! Enjoy DIRECT access to the lake via our home's private wood staircase and unwind at the end of the day in our home's large hot tub spa. Recently built home with brand new finishes, massive windows, modern furnishings, & 2 fully furnished back patios with BBQ grill. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy picturesque views of the lake from all rooms of our home.

â Our property is located on a beautiful lot within a cul de sac of other lake houses. The drive to our property is gorgeous as you'll cross rolling hills and take in beautiful Arkansas scenery.
â Once at the property, access to the closest boat ramp is Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6mi), access to the nearest gas station & grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), access to the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and access to the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi).
â If a guest wishes to go fishing, they will need to obtain an Arkansas fishing license from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. They can do so either through this website: https://www.agfc.com/resources/licensing or by calling (833) 345-032 for assistance. Guests may purchase the Nonresident 3-Day Trip Fishing License (NT3), which is the minimum option available. Licenses can be processed online or via the provided phone number.
You won't find a more luxury lake house rental in the region. Especially not one with LAKE ACCESS. A 3-story home, there's plenty of space to spread out with several common spaces, there's also plenty of room for enjoying each other's company. Sleeps 12. This 5-bedroom (1 King, 3 Queen bedrooms, and one nook with 4 Twins) lake house invites its visitors to enjoy the quiet of nature from a stunning 3-story home with all the add-ons. Newly built, designed, and decorated by Baumann & Crosno, who specializes in luxury home building - come vacation in perfect luxury.
There are two living spaces, one with a gas fireplace (available for guest use) & both with large Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all new appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of dishes/utensils for large groups. The master bedroom is on the main level of our home and has a 65-inch Smart TV, King sized memory foam mattress (Nolah brand) and an en suite bathroom. The other two private bedrooms feature Queen beds and are downstairs and share a large bathroom. A spiral staircase from the main living room to the top floor (which feels like an oversized loft). It includes a Queen-size bedroom that connects to an open bedroom with 4 twin beds built into the walls. Each of the twin beds has its own curtains for privacy. Past the Twin beds is a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Walk down the long wooden staircase from the back porch for direct lake access. Please be mindful that it can be a steep walk, but there is a marked path down to the lake.

Guest access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Our property is located on a beautiful lot within a cul de sac of other lake houses. The drive to our property is gorgeous as you'll cross rolling hills and take in beautiful Arkansas scenery. Once at the property, access to the closest boat ramp is Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6mi.), access to the nearest gas station & grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi.), access to the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi.), and access to the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi.).
Getting Around:
Car recommended with driveway parking for up to 6 cars.
Other Things to Note:
â Not pet-friendly.
â Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the hostâs control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkâin, and late checkâout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiâFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
