DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The place smelled. The carpet looked and felt filthy. The people staying there were mostly gathered outside smoking. One semi, outside our window, started frequently throughout the night.

The pool was closed and we didn't know until arrival. Very disappointing since this was the our #1 search criteria. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. The tv was a little bit of a pain, but we dealt with it. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Room not dusted, bathroom floor was VERY dirty.Said carpet had just been cleaned, so it smelled like lysol until 1am when the Lysol smell was gone and smelled like dog urine. Room not ready at our check-in time

This was probably the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. Every time we walked into the hotel, front desk workers would be smoking outside, not available, lots of weed smoking outside the front doors, no air conditioning in hallways which made the smell worse. Wyndham has gone downhill.

The staff were very accommodating; however the put us in a room someone had smoked in. I am very allergic and have asthma. The room needs to be steam cleaned. It is a non-smoking hotel. They graciously moved us to a suitable room. My husband used the laundry facilities but they were not clean at. The breakfast was good.

Was disappointed with the hotel. Snow was not cleared from large snow storm from day before and parking was difficult. Room was not clean. Floors were dirty and sticky.
