The ground floor comprises a bedroom which can be configured as twins or one large double. Upstairs on the first floor is the open-plan living area boasting a small, contemporary kitchen fitted with high-end Smeg appliances and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring or golfing. There is also a modern stand-alone bathroom and a second bedroom, which can be arranged as a single bed or a neat, small double.

With its central location and entrances from both South Street and Market street, you'll be just strides away from St Andrews' renowned golf courses, beautiful beaches, and vibrant local shops and restaurants.
