Set in a peaceful & rural location, The Granary is located four miles outside St Andrews & is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Set on eight acres of shared grounds, our two bedroom accommodation is the perfect country escape. As our guest you have full use of The Granary. There is free parking outside the property.The Granary retains a wealth of exposed timbers and stonework throughout, and boasts its own garden, with patio area, alongside 8 acres of shared grounds.One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with living room, large kitchen and bathroom. The property also comes with a garden area (separate from The Granary) and private parking.Private entrance with three steps leading to dining room with mahogany floor and farmhouse-style kitchen area. The kitchen diner has a large dining table that sits four to six people in case you want to entertain. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you need for your stay - hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove and rugs on slate floor. There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. With very good natural lighting and high ceilings, the living room feels spacious and airy.The bedrooms - one double and one twin, each have built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms benefit from a sink in the room.The bathroom has a walk in shower and separate bath.
