The townhome features three levels: a garage/foyer, the main living area, and all bedrooms on the third level. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with stunning ocean views and includes a full bathroom with a spacious two-sink vanity, a luxury walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The two guest queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Both the master bedroom and one guest queen bedroom feature private oceanfront balconies where you can relax and enjoy your favorite book. Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screen televisions that include Roku for streaming any must-see shows.

The main living area showcases fantastic beach views and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, family room, dining area, half bath, laundry room, and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishes, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, serving ware, and all the essential equipment you need for preparing home-cooked meals. The family room offers ample seating with a couch and a full-size sofa sleeper. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. We loved staying at this townhome. The location is amazing -- access to a beautiful beach is just steps away. The townhome was very clean, and we had plenty of space for two adults and two teens. The kitchen is very well-stocked. This is a very quiet strip of beach...the drive to the grocery store is about five minutes, and downtown St. Augustine 10-15. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great! Nice and quiet but still close to everything. The proximity to the beach was absolutely wonderful. And the home itself was very well maintained and clean. We did not use the beach umbrella provided as we brought our own tent, but the beach chairs provided were in great condition. Would definitely recommend booking this one, it’s a gem!
