Feel the stress melt away as you arrive in Vilano Beach with breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. Just steps from the beach and 5 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, enjoy ocean breezes, stunning sunrises, and all the local restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Perfect for relaxing escapes or fun-filled getaways on the Island.


We give guests space but we're never far away should there be any questions or concerns. Call, email or message us at anytime and we'll be happy to help.



Located directly oceanfront in the heart of Vilano Beach!


Guests will have access to the entire second floor unit. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.

The parking area is shared by all units. Unit C is allowed 3 vehicles max.


Please note: The building is split into three separate units.

This listing is for Unit C (entire upstairs of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.

Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit B is located downstairs on the south side.


Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.

Great Ocean View and Deck

Great stay during holidays. Pluses are great ocean view. Great deck, parking, close grocery, good local restaurants and good walkable beach. It is convevient to st Augustine without the hassles of the city.

We enjoyed that it wasn't the big tourist season but lovely for the holiday with the festivities downtown. Then come back to the homey comfortable property.

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The house was clean, easy to access, and close to a Publix which makes it very convenient. Also just a quick 10 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Overall great experience and a fantastic beach house!

Beautiful location

This house has the best porch over looking the beach, which is also gated and perfect for little kids and puppies. If is too hot, there is a great view of the beach from the back windows as well. My family and I had a great time at this beach house and would definitely stay again.

Terrific beach Getaway

Unit C was Great! The views were so pretty with easy access to the beach. This spacious top floor unit was decorated perfectly and had everything we needed for a fun girl's weekend! The property manager was very responsive.

Everything was perfect, just like the pictures. Both units below us were rented as well but we never heard them. A/C was nice and cold after coming in from the beach each day. The Vilano coffee shop was the perfect start to our mornings. We will definitely be back!

Coming back!!!

This place was PERFECT. Perfectly located to restaurants, stores and St Augustine. The place had wonderful beds and furnishings. The management was beyond great. Great communication!! My wife and I are VRBO hosts on the west coast of Fl and this managements service is one we plan to implement in our rentals.
