The restroom faucets and hand rails were old and peeling. The carpets were old and tattered and didn’t look clean. No clocks in the room. The housekeepers hung around my room, entered it while I wasn’t there and kept asking me if I was checking out even when I told them I was going as fast as I could several times. It wasn’t even 11am yet. I felt they’re rude and obnoxious.

There is nothing fancy about the Super 8 in St Cloud, but it is a great value. It is clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a very simple breakfast with baked items, yogurt, cereal, fruit, hard-boiled eggs and make-your-own waffles. The cable TV system has hundreds of channels. There is free Wi-Fi, though not the fastest. I have stayed here several nights and will continue to do so.

Very disappointing! I will NEVER recommend Super 8

Pros: Location to where we needed to be.
Cons: Everything.
I knew I should have kept a list! We had four lamps in the room and only one worked. One didn't have a bulb in it, one sizzled when it was turned on, and one was missing the switch to turn it on! The curtain did not completely cover the window = light came in in the morning! NO CLOSET or anywhere to hang things! The clock was set to the wrong time. The first morning the waffle dispenser was clogged or broken. I went and got the desk clerk to fix it. The people before me did not get waffles. The second morning, the syrup was out, and when the desk clerk was notified, she just kept on saying that it was the night shifts fault... though she had time to go out the front door and smoke, she didn't bother to check the breakfast room! We had friends down the hall who didn't have carpeting in their room. Our feet STUCK to the floor when we walked!! The shower curtain was all crumpled and looked like it had been picked up off the floor. The parking lot was small and full to where we had to park around to the side, which I understand and would be okay - except it was DARK with no lighting!! The outlet by the table had only one working receptacle. If we wanted to plug anything in (phone charger, etc.) we could only do one thing at a time.
