Welcome to our cozy 2.5-room studio on Linsebühlstrasse, St. Gallen. The apartment boasts a central location and is only a 5-minute walk from the city center and monastery district. This makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the city. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. The studio has a modern fit-out standard and offers maximum comfort.
The Space:
The studio is located on the 4th floor of a completely renovated house with new building standards and contemporary comfort. It is stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals.
The living area features a 50-inch TV, perfect for relaxing evenings after a long day. The apartment has one bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, guaranteeing maximum sleeping comfort. There is a second 140 cm wide bed in a separate alcove. The living room also has a sofa bed, which is also 140 cm wide.
For productive work, there is a special notebook workstation that provides a pleasant working environment. Fast and reliable internet is available throughout the apartment with WLAN. The studio is within walking distance of the city center. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants can be reached quickly and easily.
Guest Access:
The accommodation is accessible via a staircase that leads to the private apartment on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. Parking spaces are available in the surrounding parking garages — for example “Burggraben” parking garage.
The access to the apartment is key-less with code. For security reasons, you will receive the access code shortly before check-in.

All our apartments were completely renovated in 2025. They offer a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher and oven. There is also a kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

The cultural metropolis of St.Gallen enchants visitors with its picturesque old town and rich historical heritage. The area is still characterized by its textile history. Haute couture, fabrics and lace from St.Gallen are presented on catwalks all over the world. A lively cultural life, a diverse range of congresses and unspoiled nature for hiking, bike tours and excursions into the Rhine Valley or Appenzellerland are what make this beautiful region so appealing.
The region also offers numerous culinary specialties, such as St. Gallen bratwurst with Bürli or with rösti, Appenzeller Biber and various beers from local breweries.
