Condo had a very musty moldy odor when we first arrived and every time we entered the condo. I believe it was linked to mold somewhere in the laundry area. They should find out where the smell is coming from and clean it. Also front door sticks and is difficult to open.

Utah hiking

My brother and I had a wonderful time. The condo is centrally located to a lot of good hikes around the area. Close Zion and Bryce national parks. We really enjoyed the slot Canyon hike, which is called red reef hike! I love how big the condo was. Two huge master bedrooms and walk-in closets. Very nice.

Annual Golf Trip

We decided to try St. George for our annual couples golf trip. We used the condo as home base for golf in St George, Hurricane and Mesquite. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. The condo is conveniently located, clean and well stocked. We’d be happy to stay there again.

Nice place

First time here. The condo was clean, very roomy, beds were very comfortable, just a short walk to the largest outdoor hot tub on the resort. We used the indoor pool as well that is at the clubhouse. We drove to get there from our condo. You could walk but probably 10 minutes or so. Will definitely visit again.

This place is great. Loved the location and amenities. Also appreciate that they had direct T.V. and other apps. The only bad things was that the fire place didnt work, and the ceiling fans were loud and wobbly. But other than those small things we had a great time.

Needs A Deep Clean!!!!

First impression are everything . . . Upon arriving at the property the first thing we noticed was half of the window screen was missing, from the condition of the remaining screen it was apparent it had been in bad condition for some time. There are several urns with dried flowers throughout the unit that are gray in color due to the dust. Everything above eye level was either dusty or had cobwebs. The interior appeared clean on the surface, bathroom and kitchen were nicely cleaned (with the exception of the chopping board that was so warped and stained you didn’t want to use it). And the wooden blinds throughout the unit are so dusty they actually feel gummy. This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean and updating.

Perfect Southern Utah Home Base

The condo was clean, spacious and quiet. This was a perfect home base for my wife and I to explore Southern Utah. We did a lot of hiking, and it was a real treat to come back to the condo and use the hot tubs and pools. Saint George is a growing area and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Bucket list birthday trip

Very happy with our condo. Listing was accurate. Initially had issues trying to find the property on GPS. All correspondence with property manager were promptly answered. Would consider this property again.
