This condo will be near the middle of it all whether you are a spectator or a competitor at the Ironman World Championship. Only 5.5 miles from the Finish line! Just off Dixie which is mile 8 of the running course. There is an undeveloped area close by for freestyle hiking, training, or running. Oftentimes you can leave your car behind and rent a street scooter to zip around easily without getting stuck in traffic. Easy access from the freeway and on up into Snow Canyon, 10 miles. The airport is 15 miles. Sand Hollow Resevoir is 23 miles away.

Enjoy the pool and hot tub and the kiddos can play in the water feature. The property is green and shaded by nice trees. Usually plenty of parking but trailer, boat, or RV will need to be parked elsewhere, possibly just down the street. Other amenities include a balcony or patio, outdoor gas bbq grill, fireplace, hair dryer, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, auto ice maker, air conditioned.
