VRBO was nice, clean, and host was responsive.When we first arrived code wasn’t working. Within ten minutes, problem was resolved.We were very disappointed that neither hot tub was functioning and when we contacted the host, we were told that the responsibility was on the HOA. Host did contact the HOA but when we followed up, there was still nothing done over the matter. We were told we could sit in a hot bath :) Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue but the reason we chose this property was for hot tub access. We wished there would’ve been greater urgency, follow up on their part, this lack of amenity noted prior, or that they would’ve found a way to resolve/make up for the issue. Felt a little deceiving. Again, property was nice, house was great, and host was quick to respond.
