With an open floor plan, this kid-friendly condo can comfortably sleep 10 and is perfect for family reunions and holidays. Enjoy the modern fully-stocked kitchen, our cozy living room with an extra hide-a-bed, high-end bedding in each room, and spacious living areas. There is also a bonus den for extra space, no one will feel crowded in this condo. Completely furnished and stocked, we've thought through the small details, so you can enjoy your stay worry-free. Nestled below Pine Valley Mountain, you'll be surrounded with 360-degree views.

Thanksgiving stay

We stay here over thanksgiving and it was very busy. We were on the bottom floor and really only used the property to sleep as we were with family and friends. Great property and very clean.

Very nice condo!

Very well furnished and clean condo. We did not use the amenities such as the pool and tennis courts, but they looked very nice. Location was a great home base for our hiking adventures.

Nice accommodations, nicely decorated and well furnished. Pool towels and pickleball equipment provided. "Sleeps 10" was a little misleading, unless several of them are children. Sleeping 6 adults comfortably would be more accurate.

Enjoyable stay and location

This was the perfect location for coming in for WC 70.3. 15 min to downtown and 15 min to sand hallows. Very quiet and perfect amount of space and rooms for my family and I. Staff was friendly and helpful.

INCREDIBLE

Not only was this property clean and perfect, it exceeded expectations in every way. It was a wonderful stay, and they even have trailer parking! Can't say enough good things about this space. Everyone was meticulously accounted for and very organized, ez to enjoy a vacation when things are like this.

Clean and Comfortable!

My husband and I stayed here with my two cousins for a family gathering in town. This property was the cleanest and most organized property I have ever stayed in. It was also stocked with everything we needed and it was very comfortable. The weather was rainy and cold so we didn’t use the amenities, but they looked great. We would stay again if the price doesn’t go up.
