Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The region is renowned for its world-class rock climbing and rappelling opportunities, offering stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Family of six, with four kids ranging from 7-15 years of age, spent 5 days and 4 nights. We loved the property. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the arcade games. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental! The home, location and views are all incredible. The only concern is the potential to get hit with a golf ball, being that you're adjacent to the 9th hole fairway. That being said, I'd happily stay here again.

We loved how clean this home was when we arrived. The garage space was a bit hit and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The Ledges area is beautiful. We enjoyed a restorative and relaxing 4th weekend in a beautiful home and wonderful amenities. We loved the openness feel of the house and its upscale relaxing vibe. Definitely Stay Here!

Our stay at Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were all thoroughly impressed. The house was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of five. The large bathrooms ensured that no one had to fight over a sink, and the giant kitchen was a dream—I only wish I'd had more time to spend cooking there. The heated pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day, and the back patio offered an amazing view of the cliffs and the golf course. The outdoor fireplace added a cozy touch, making evenings by the pool even more enjoyable. Inside the home, the large windows provided stunning views that captivated us from the moment we walked in. The neighborhood was fantastic—clean, new, and quiet. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was impeccably clean and well-kept, making our stay even more comfortable. While everything was top-notch, the only thing I would suggest adding is a Keurig coffee machine instead of the traditional coffee pot. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Oasis On The 9th at The Ledges Golf Club to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful big house in great location

Used the house with 10 people and it was amazing, big, and in a great location for golf. Ledges staff was helpful and informative, as well as getting us great rates for multiple golf courses in St. George. I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough - will definitely be back!

Awesome House! Will Definitely ReBook

Came for a golf trip with a group of 8. Could definitely expand the number of guests that come next time however. This house can accommodate much larger parties than what we brought. Amazing house with great views, and Ledges golf course near by made for the perfect activity right after check out. Pool was fabulous for the day when the boys went out on a golf and side by side excursion near Sand Hollow. Great weekend get-away overall, and we wished we could stay longer!

Would LOVE to call this my actual forever home!

This house and the town of St. George were amazing! The views, the layout, and the amenities of Oasis on the 9th were a little piece of heaven. Our familiy enjoyed our one week stay here as we took on Zion Nat'l Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon, and Valley of Fire. The house is exactly what you see in the photos, but even better!

Graduation Weekend

This property exceeds 5 stars! It is exactly as described, only to see it in person is beyond expectation. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the bunk bed room was perfect as "the cousins room". It was a quiet, new neighborhood, great for walking as well. We enjoyed the garage games, having battles each night, plus sat the whole family down for movie night! Kitchen drawers are filled with all necessities and more. We would highly recommend! Don't hesitate, book it now!

Quick stay in St. George for a soccer tournament

Our family of six spent two nights here for a weekend soccer tournament. The property was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the games in the garage and the luxurious beds/bedding. We will certainly look to stay here again.

Guys Weekend

Spent a weekend with high school buddies. The garage was a great place to play some nostalgic arcade games and watch the games and/or fights. The pool was plenty warm to swim since the weather wasn't super warm. Location was great with some awesome views.
