Clean room; quiet despite most rooms in our section taken; property generally satisfactory but needs some spiffing up, especially building itself (stucco). Staff helpful. Hot breakfast items cold and tasted like cardboard. No cut up fruit. Yogurt and coffee were good.

The shower would not work and was falling out of the wall. The bathroom door would not open fully and hit the toilet everytime you opened the door. Grass and hair came out of the jets when turned on in the tub.

Pros: easy access to the freeway, mostly quiet (I could hear people shooting pool in the morning), free parking. Breakfast included: cereal, yogurt, toast, waffles, egg bites and sausage. Cons: the door that said it was locked at 11pm for safety was not lockable. No elevator. Room could be updated.

We stay in the west building which was probably the worst of the two. All the rooms were outside facing and although renovated still needed work. There was a gap at the threshold of the entry door that became noticeable with the morning sun. Loose tiles under the toilet. An intimidating notice that towels will be inventoried. Also staff directed us around to go around the main building even though there was a hall directly to the west building. Definitely not an 8.2 guest rating.
