Not happy about my visit. Got a room on the second floor. My room wasn’t ready! They didn’t clean it before giving me the keys. The bed was unmade, there were towels on the floor, food on the counters. I called front desk. They made me go back down to get another key for another room. Got another room, on the 4th floor this time. Same thing! The room was used, housekeeping never got to it and they gave it to me. I called the front desk again, I told them to send housekeeping over. The front desk girl came to the room, said housekeeping has left for the day, that they had another room for me. She helped me move my stuff over to the third room. This incidents made me late for a dinner I had that evening. I’m going to request a refund.

Everything was great! Alex was amazing. The room was better than expected after a long day of driving! The bed was very comfortable

Very clean modern hotel. Rooms have convenient layout, beds comfortable. Nice size pool, large jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay!!!
