Get ready to relax in this brand new 5-bedroom 5 1/2 bath Gulf Front home in the Located in the Plantation on St. George Island Florida. One block from the Plantation gate, the community offers pickle ball, 2 community pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. This amazing property boasts 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With 5 bathrooms and 1 powder room featuring amenities like a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer, you'll feel pampered and refreshed.
The Main level master boasts a king bed and an incredible master bath that includes double vanities, a soaker tub, and a huge shower with spray wand and jets. Another king room is located on the main level with it's own private bath. On the upper level, one king room and two queen rooms offer their own private bath. One of the upstairs queen room offer state of the art built in bunk beds with lights and charging stations. All rooms are equipped with TV,s, Ceiling Fans, and lamps. Two additional living rooms with 1 sofa bed each provide extra space for relaxation. The upstairs sitting room centrally located offers a full sofa sleeper and television. The main level Living room offers a queen sofa sleeper and stunning views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
Enjoy the convenience of AC, Elevator, hair dryer, heating, iron, two washing machines, WiFi, and pool on fabulous deck overlooking the Gulf, featuring outdoor dining, sitting, and daybed swing. Outdoor shower located under the home as you walk up from theBeach on your Private boardwalk. Option to heat pool for an additional fee and enjoy splashing around even in the cooler months. Due to our contracted cleaning service we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

We are frequent visitors to St George Island and Finaleigh is the best property we have ever stayed. The home is beautiful with numerous special touches including laundry units on both floors, an elevator making the haul of luggage much easier and the second floor pool was a pure delight. If you want to pamper yourself I highly recommend Finaleigh!

Absolutely Amazing

This house was amazing! Beautiful! We absolutely loved the deck level pool, the large living spaces, and the location. Our third trip to the Island and by far the best accommodations we’ve had. We can’t wait to come back!

Love the house! Had everything and more that we might ever think we needed. Absolutely loved having the pool elevated to be on main level. The hot and cold water for the outdoor shower was such a nice difference than we usually see! Being right next to pickleball courts was a nice touch as well! Will definitely be staying here again!

This house is amazing! It has everything you need (and more) for the perfect beach vacation. I have stayed at other places on the island and this house had a great location - in plantation so felt safe for my kids to explore, across from the pickleball courts for family fun and the most perfect beach hangout. Loved that the pool is elevated (on the deck) so you can always be part of the action and see anyone who’s in the house or on the beach. It was a little cold weather when we were there and this house interior was fun to hang out with and we spent LOTS of time with the adults at what I now call the “euchre table” and the kids at the kitchen table playing games. The hosts were also very easy to get in touch with. 10/10 FOR SURE

Exceptional Stay with Fantastic Hosts!

We’ve stayed in many beautiful places—from the Outer Banks to 30A—but this home truly sets the mark. The picture-perfect views, stylish interiors, and thoughtful amenities make every moment feel special. What really made it unforgettable were the Subers, who went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, proactive communication, and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place where every moment feels like a dream, FINALEIGH is the spot!

Finaleigh has set the bar very high for every other beachfront house. The location, views, large deck, pool, higher quality construction materials, design and furnishings make this house perfect for larger families. The kitchen has everything necessary and extras such as a second refrigerator and ice maker. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for four couples to have their own spaces plus the bunk bed room for the kids to have their own space. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend Finaleigh. Many thanks to the Suber family for sharing their beautiful home.

Amazing Home and Hosts

We had an incredible family vacation (grandparents, children and grandchildren) on St George Island in a spectacular home called Finaleigh. The hosts were warm, accommodating and attentive and we felt they truly wanted us to enjoy our time there. Understanding what this home means to them and it’s legacy made us feel so fortunate to have found this small piece of paradise! The home itself is beautifully constructed with many high end features. It not only met our expectations but far exceeded them! Thank you Joseph and Leigh Anne for allowing us to make unforgettable memories in such a beautiful place!
