On Little St. Germain Lake, fishing for the mighty musky is a challenge to the best of the fishermen. Once you tie into one you are hooked for good. The lake also abounds with walleye, small and largemouth bass, northern, bluegill, crappies and perch.
All accommodations have everything you need at your fingertips, right down to the cookware and dishes. Barbecue on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the lake and surrounding scenery. Wi-Fi access.
The resort itself was in a very nice location. The screened in porch was very nice. The cabin itself was pretty outdated and all the windows were broken, they opened but they were very hard to open and had to be propped open. The listing also failed to list it as a duplex cabin. When we were in our bedroom we heard our neighbors in their kitchen and flushing of the toilet as well as running water. I would have never booked this overpriced cabin had I known this. Some what disappointed âčïž
The 4 bedroom cabin was perfect for our stay. Has everything you need. This is a busy place. I am sure each week is different but it is not set up to be a very private vacation spot. Cabins are close together and the docks are jammed tight together. The resort needs to update the docks. several are super short. The dock space is first come first serve and to be honest that sucks! Each cabin should have a space. There is a bar at the resort so other folks from around the lake like to come and visit and they also struggle to find parking. 1 dock is reserved for them. When it is full they will park in any open spot. It sucks when you go out on the water and come back to your dock space being occupied. They also need to add more water sports equipment. No kayaks or paddle boards. They offer row boats but good luck finding a space to put it in the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay. People were nice and Mary was awesome!
I liked the property, and the cabin. Only problem was the kitchen was very small with no counter space. This made it hard to make meal. If asked if I would come back I would say yes.
