Cornish Pearl is found in the heart of St Ives town where a short walk leads you onto Fore Street with all of its shops, cafes, Cornish pubs, restaurants and galleries and St Ives harbour and beach, where it is a delight to be anytime of the year, particularly so if you're joined by your four-legged friend! Thoughtfully furnished with your comfort and warmth in mind, Cornish Pearl is ideal for a family of six + baby or for couples who are wishing to have that special break away. The Cornish Pearl is a popular holiday home for people who are getting married in the town or if you are special invited guests as the house is spacious enough for all those extra special items for a special day Please note that if you are requiring a property for larger families Cornish Pearl is available to rent with 5 StIves that is situated next door. Both houses sleep 6 people and cot and there is parking available for two cars

The town house is based over three floors with the sitting room, dining area, kitchen and utility area being on the ground floor, two bedrooms, the family bathroom and separate WC and washbasin on the second floor and the wonderfully light loft room is on the third floor. Cornish Pearl comes with its own private car parking space that is directly opposite the house and is very accessible

Accommodation consists of living space with comfortable seating for adults and children. There is a TV/ Smart DVD player with Netflix and other apps, gas fire. The dining area seats comfortably 6/8 people around the table table with four chairs and bench. There are games, books and DVD's for all to enjoy should the weather be inclement.
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker and more. Door leads to
Utility Room with washing machine, area to hang wet suits etc. and back door to small storage area at rear. Price of property includes bedding, towels, tea and coffee for arrival and welcome gift pack for anyone booking one week or more.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed. French doors lead out onto balcony with seating for 2 people with sea views looking towards Godrevy Lighthouse. Blankets available for the chillier evenings
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds with wardrobe and bedside drawers. Extra blankets are available
Family bathroom with corner bath and shower, WC, wash basin
Separate WC and small wash basin
Bedroom 3 has a double bed with chest of drawers, wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Extra blankets available in this bedroom also

Perfect home base in St. Ives

We enjoyed our week in St. Ives and this rental made it easy. It is conveniently located within a short walk to the bus, grocery store, harbour and beaches. The space is beautifully decorated with all of the modern conveniences we needed over the course of the week. We would recommend this rental without hesitation and would love to return.

Highly recommend the Cornish Pearl

Loved this house - so comfortable with everything you need for a great holiday next to the sea! The hosts are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient lock box for key made for easy check-in. The house has been used by the host family for their holidays which gives it a wonderful personal touch - great games, books, very functional kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. Really felt at home here - the decor is beautiful. The location is great - short walk to the centre of St Ives and the beaches. Would highly recommend - wished we had the time to stay longer!!

Family holiday

We had a weeks’ holiday in the Cornish Pearl with our 2 daughters and dog. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in St Ives & was in a great location, just near enough to the town and the beaches but far enough away to escape and have some peace and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and answered any queries we had promptly. We would definitely go to St Ives and stay at the Cornish Pearl again.

St Ives - Easter 2024

A wonderful property in the best location. It’s clean, it’s well looked after and the car parking space is an absolute gem!!! The owners are really helpful and look after their guests by going the extra-mile when you arrive - I won’t spoil the surprise! The local pubs are a stone throw away and are all very welcoming. The bakery in town was the only thing that was disappointing. Everything was sold out by 9am! You need to get there early e.g. 7.45am. We will definitely consider staying again. Thank you!

Wonderful gem near the heart of St. Ives

We loved everything about the property, all the amenities we needed, great location, free parking, and excellent hosts. Very clean and well kept. The only minor drawbacks we could note was compared to US standards the shower stall was a bit small, but that’s to be expected I think. Also a clothing dryer would have been nice but it certainly was not a deal breaker. Overall we were very happy with the home as well as the helpfulness of the hosts. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting St. Ives.
