Within a Victorian townhouse on a quiet private road, with harbour views and on-site parking, Harbour Vista apartment is just a five minute walk to the harbour, town and beaches. A perfect location for couples looking for a romantic break and those wishing to explore the West Coast.

The open plan kitchen and living area has a large bay window offering views over St Ives Town and Harbour and is furnished with two armchairs and Smart TV. The kitchen boasts oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, Lavazza coffee machine and a slimline dishwasher. There is also a dining table with seating for two.
The spacious and bright master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ample storage. The shower room offers a large electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.

This flat is on the 1st floor and has been renovated in the past few years. All the appliances were in very good condition. The view of St. Ives and the harbour is beautiful. I could look out the bay window for hours watching the tide and weather change. Parking is tight if you arrive in an automobile. GF
