Set just a short stroll from the sand and surf of Porthmeor, Trewirgie is arranged two levels and accessed via a short flight of steps leading down to the entrance. Inside, the space is light-filled and welcoming, with a practical layout that balances sociable open-plan areas with peaceful private bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for relaxed holiday cooking, from picnics for the beach to seafood suppers at home, and leads through to the spacious lounge, where large windows frame the stunning coastal views and comfortable seating invites you to settle in and unwind.
The separate dining room, with its generous table and French doors opening onto the first of two decked balconies, is a lovely spot to gather over meals or board games. Outside, the dual-level terraces offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the rugged St Ives headland, perfect for a morning coffee, alfresco lunches, or watching the sun dip into the Atlantic with a drink in hand.
The calm and elegant master bedroom is one the first floor, with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bath and a separate shower.
