Allamanda 4 is a new beautiful 1 bedroom suite located at the mini resort Seagrape Vista in Cruz Bay, St John. This property is a 3 min walk to the Frank Bay beach and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown Cruz Bay. The outdoor patio has a table and chairs for two facing the pool area and St Thomas. The living room area has a dining table for 2. The kitchenette has all you need for cooking. The bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom a walk-in shower. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom.
We welcome 1 infant (0-2y) in any of our units.
Children (2-15y) as an additional person will incur an additional fee. We allow 1 child as an additional person in the 1-bedroom units Seagrape 1 and 2, and in the 2-bedroom units Pitaya 1 and 2. We do not allow children (2-15y) as an additional person in our Allamanda 1-Bedroom units.

A perfect hidden gem

My husband and I stayed there this past week. It was even better than it shows online. The place is spotless, very quaint, and felt like it was brand new! Our greeter, jeanine, was one of the nicest people! She welcomed us, showed us around, and gave us a super informative tour of our home for the week. All of this included the pool, laundry room, shower and bathroom by the pool, a “fun room “ with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers,etc.- all yours to take to the beach! Also, the “honor bar” was my favorite. It was filled with snacks and a variety of drinks in case you ran out! David was very attentive when I had a question, and responded right away. The white book in the apartment is INVALUABLE! This place is a must stay! We will be back.

perfect little getaway!

We had a great time at Seagrape Vista! The location was perfect for us, we wanted something walkable to downtown Cruz Bay shopping & restaurants (there are some hills but we don’t mind). The villa was perfect because it was close to everything but still felt secluded & private. The property is great & we will definitely stay here again next time we come to St. John.

Jeanine set the stage upon our arrival for a wonderful stay. The property is new, clean and well maintained. It offered a beautiful view and had a nice quiet pool.

This condo was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay here! The location was so convenient, and views from the balcony were just beautiful. The owners thought of everything, the condo was beautifully designed and had everything we could need and more. We especially appreciated the communal "honor bar", and the beach chairs we used for the week. We would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. Walking to the all the places for shopping, dining, bar hopping but once back at the vista it was quiet the relaxing with no overflow noise. I did get to hang out with the onsite pups but just for a few minutes. Very sweet and welcoming. No issues with the vista at all. Loved this place and we will definitely be back!!!

Great site with extremely friendly hosts. We were met our first day by the property manager and we were showed around of the amenities on site including a great pool, great view, and how to get to town from our location. Overall an amazing experience and stay!
