The house was excellent and has a great view. The location is close to Cruz Bay (5 min drive). Each bedroom was its own separate area with a common living and cooking area which made it more like a hotel than a house which worked will with our party. The downstairs area had its own amenities and couch. It has AC in the common area and all bedrooms. It has very high end appliances throughout which are all new. The ice maker was a real bonus. It is nicely appointed with glassware, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, beach coolers, beach towels and chairs etc.

Excellent villa in great location. 5 min to town and a short drive to North side beaches. House was clean and had a beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen. Separate ice machine was an added bonus! Chairs, coolers and plenty of beach and pool towels were provided. Outdoor space is what makes this villa shine! Pool is warm and the perfect size. The star of the show however was Tori, the property manager. She met us right at the ferry, took us to the house and got us situated. Had a water issue and she had solution within minutes and water company arrived almost immediately. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. We enjoyed another wonderful family trip on our favorite island!
