Paraíso Azul offers some of the most beautiful views in all of the Virgin Islands. From the villa you will enjoy dramatic clear turquoise reefs below, pristine National Park coastline, and crisp horizon views of the vast blue sea, sunrises, and moonrises. An immaculate spacious villa that sleeps up to 12 with 5 bedrooms, a dining lounge area on the huge coral stone pool patio, a full kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, a robust wifi network, hot tub and all ensuite baths make this the perfect family getaway or large party retreat.

From the expansive coral stone pool deck you can relax and enjoy the cool, steady TradeWinds, warm sunshine, stargazing, yacht spotting, turquoise reefs, endless vast ocean views, amazing moon rises and some of the most colorful inspiring sun rises you will ever watch. As you enter the well cared for property through the magical Morrocan iron gates, the view instantly overtake you. To the left is the great room and full kitchen with indoor dining, couch for 10 and entertainment center. The WIFI network features 50Mb/s Service and has numerous access points throughout the property. Outside, the covered outdoor dining area seats 10 and the chaise lounges are lined up over the sea like your own private Yacht.

Across the pool deck, there are two of the 5 bedrooms, both with king beds and en-suite baths. The Great Room, Kitchen, and two upper bedrooms are all on the same level with no stairs from the driveway at all.

Downstairs are 3 master suites with king beds and ensuite baths. Two of the King rooms also have a twin bed which is perfect for parents with young kids. All of the lower bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean from the bed.

Guests have access to Laundry on the main level as well as the protected back grill patio which is perfect for playing games outside.

Bedrooms have AC, Please note the Breezy Great Room is screened in but does not have AC. The villa now has a back up generator to power the entire property.
