Welcome to THE "SALT" SUITE, at The Flamingo House. A comfortable one-bedroom apartment close to the ferry. This unit offers AC, a smart TV, a full kitchen, & a garden gazebo with sunset views. A 3-minute walk to hiking trails, beaches, National Park, and Cruz Bay Town's restaurants and shopping. The walk back is uphill but not unbearable. Snorkel gear for 2, beach chairs, a backpack cooler, and private parking included. Ideal for two guests, we do allow three with a rollaway twin bed provided.
Nestled close to the ferry, this cute and comfortable one bedroom unit on the upper level of our home is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and convenience. You will find a spacious and well-equipped full kitchen, ready to inspire your culinary creations. Feel refreshed and cool in the AC as you unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a smart TV for your entertainment needs.
For those who appreciate the beauty of nature, this suite truly shines. Venture outside and discover the enchanting garden area, a sanctuary for serenity-seekers. Breathe in the crisp sea breeze as you revel in the breathtaking sunset views that grace the horizon from the common outdoor garden. And when night falls, escape to the charming gazebo nestled under the stars.

Perfect location

The Salt Suite at Flamingo House was absolutely perfect for our weeklong trip to St. John. It was cute and cozy, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed to cook a few meals, and it was so so close to town. Walking in and out of Cruz Bay was a highlight for us. Centrally located with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again.

Little Slice of Paradise

Besides the very steep hill to walk up, really loved my stay here. A few minute walk to Cruz Bay and great beaches made it very convenient but just removed enough to enjoy the sounds of St. John and a gorgeous view. Also the backyard are is well maintained and very cute. Place was overall clean, with a spacious bathroom and comfy bed.

Island Gem

Amanda made our last few nights so cozy & relaxing! From the videos for check-in, accommodations within the unit, & communication - it was as warming as the island sun. The space was very clean, we loved the decor, & the extra touches were a true delight. We even utilized the shared space between units to sit on the enclosed patio to listen & watch the rainstorm one night. Thank you for making our last few nights so lovely!

Room at the Top of the World !

It’s always a privilege to come to STJ , Amanda has a great eye for decor and details, and knows the island very well, so you know immediately you are in good hands. Very convenient location and clean. Being on top of the hill above Cruz bay and Frank bay, the sounds of peacocks, birds as well as the night life below really make the island come alive. No worries, the solid windows, AC system, keep it quiet for a great nights sleep, not to mention the comfy bed.
