**Discover House Aceso: Your Island Oasis**
House Aceso underwent extensive renovations before being listed as a rental in 2022. With five full months dedicated to upgrades, modernization, and the introduction of new furniture and appliances, we are excited to offer you a truly rejuvenating getaway. Come and unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views that surround you.
**A Tranquil Escape in Coral Bay**
Nestled on the serene side of the island in Coral Bay, House Aceso is your haven amidst nature. Here, you'll encounter the delightful company of wild goats, sheep, and donkeys. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, ensuring convenience during your stay.
**Your Comfortable Retreat**
House Aceso is a two-story home with external stairs connecting both levels, providing privacy and tranquility. The top floor boasts a spacious living area, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom featuring a semi-open air shower. On the lower level, you'll find two cozy bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed), an additional full bathroom, a convenient laundry area and a workstation. Both bedrooms and the upstairs are equipped with split A/C units and offer breathtaking views through screened sliding glass doors.
**Poolside Bliss**
For ultimate relaxation, take a dip in the pool located on the lower deck, away from the main living area. You'll find new lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs on the deck, perfect for unwinding while gazing at the mesmerizing vistas. Please note that there are exactly 50 stairs from the top floor down to the pool, ensuring that the house and pool were designed to capture the best views. A new pool house will welcome you with a small refrigerator and a relaxing egg-chair to swing in.
**Modern Comforts**
Renovations were completed just before listing, ensuring modern comforts throughout. We updated all the furniture and added stunning modern tile upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. We also provide a blender, coffee maker, air fryer, Ninja cookware, and all the utensils you'll need. A gas grill is available on the front porch for your culinary adventures. For your beach outings, we supply beach towels, snorkeling gear with full face masks, beach chairs, and coolers of various sizes for your convenience. Additionally, we've included an Orion StarBlast 6i telescope for stargazing under the night skies.
**Your Getaway**
House Aceso offers stunning views from its elevated position above the bay. Please be aware that the drive to reach us involves a mostly unpaved 1/2 mile-long rough road, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for your adventure.
**Our Presence**
Your hosts live in a separate small cottage next door. While our deck connects to the house, everything is completely separate for your privacy. The only shared space is the first set of wooden stairs leading to the pool area, which we only use when accessing our cottage's supplies or laundry room on the level below our space. We own a store in Cruz Bay and are usually away from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM every day, ensuring your peace and privacy during your stay.
***To Note:
Cats: House Aceso is a feeding station for island cats. About eleven cats roam the property. Most will stay hidden or keep their distance, but a couple of them are friendly and might greet you.
We are now fully solar powered! The three Tesla batteries kick in if the power goes out (which is very common in the island) and you wonât even know! **Please note that it is possible to use all of the stored solar energy up during prolonged power outages - especially during stormy/overcast days - but this is rare.
