Pearl Guest House is a beautiful waterfront home on Rendezvous Bay, within the exclusive and private Boatman Point neighborhood. Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay and a 15-minute drive to the VI National Park beaches, Pearl Guest House lets guests discover the perfect setting where you can unwind and relax with the sea.

Pearl Guest House is on the waterfront. The views and sounds of the beach and bay are amazing - like being on a boat. On a calm day one can see the coral reefs and fish below. The bay is very private and pristine, offering excellent snorkeling. There is waterfront access to the rocky beach via a private neighborhood staircase which is only two houses away. The house is in a private neighborhood and is on a dead-end street. The Pearl Guest House faces to the east which has several advantages: glorious sunrises, shade in the afternoon, and best of all, constant breezes.

Pearl Guest House is a gorgeous two-story home with main living space (kitchen, dining, living) on the upper level, and two bedrooms with private attached bathrooms and laundry room on the lower level. The interior is tastefully decorated and has cool travertine floors throughout. Every room has large, screened sliding glass doors to enjoy the bay and beach views and breezes. If you prefer, A/C is available throughout the home.

The kitchen is well-appointed with everything a cook might need including a microwave, dishwasher and outdoor BBQ grill. There are granite countertops and cherry cabinets including an island with stool seating. The upper level also has an indoor dining table with seating for four as well as the main living/seating area. The upper level also has an outside covered deck with seating - the perfect spot to watch the sunlight or moonlight dance on the bay below.

The lower level, accessed by an exterior stairway, contains two bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms have one king-size bed and A/C. There are large sliding glass doors in each bedroom offering wonderful views of the bay and beyond. Lay in bed and be lulled asleep by the sound of the surf and tropical breezes.
The spacious lower deck is the perfect location for al fresco dining. The deck is very private and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Coolers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Pack light and relax!
