This studio is ideal for the budget minded traveler, furnishings are modest, and the location is excellent. A/C is new and works excellent. Wifi is high speed for remote work needed. Neighbors are smoking friendly. The front porch is great for a cup of coffee. If you are looking for true local vibes, this is it!
