The valet is the first and the last person to be seen on this property. He did not look up from his phone for anyone. Did not say hello or goodbye to any guests. Not a great representation of the hotel. The staff behind the desk were great.

Room was new and clean. 11th floor bar was fun. Breakfast was good and supposed to be included but I had to ask twice to make that happen. Parking does cost extra. I would stay here again, overall it was a good experience.

I was a decent place to stay, having a rooftop bar and a breakfast buffet in the details prior to Booking, is what sealed the deal. The continental breakfast @ $18 was not something I did not realize it stated that. Only one of the restaurants was open and it only had a few choices.

When I booked this property it told me free parking but we had to pay for parking and the garage was kinda gross and if you’re not an experienced driver it’s kinda confusing to get to the parking garage. But other than that, the staff was so nice and it was very very clean
