Never again

Room wasn’t very clean. The walls the baseboards the shower. the bed was a platform bed but was so hard to sleep on a stay asleep. The frig had food inside of it from other guests. My door room was wide open upon my arrival. My overall I would not stay there ever again. BUT the young lady at the front desk was super sweet & very helpful.

I was in this place two weeks ago. I forgot my sweater in the room. I remember it 100 % I called them immediately in 30-40 since I left and I checked out . They couldn't reach housekeeper all the time when I called . It’s insane service I ever had. I left my phone number to call me back . No one called back even once . I called them every day for a week. They either said they couldn't find it or couldn't reach the housekeeper that work for them . Really . Couldt believe it. They kept me calling them back and forth. I knew for sure that I left it in the room my sweater. Expensive Italian sweater that was stolen. But what surprised me was that they promised to call back and never did. The next week I called and asked to talk to the manager. He's never at work . . The manager is also hotel owner . He never called me back either. Be careful about this place . If you forget something there it will disappear for sure . Reception and manager ( owner ) don’t care . No one will deal with it. Terrible unprofessional service . If management has any conscience could call me . I left them my number few times. Never hear anything back about my situation.

The shower floor had dirt on it, the bed was very hard and pillows were small and lumpy. When we woke up in the morning there was a cockroach in the room. We checked out super early and left for breakfast somewhere else!

It was a place to stay on the way home from somewhere else. It was a nice room and quiet. The bed was a little too firm but it was clean. I would have enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area, but there isn’t one. The pool is small.
