Staff was so friendly, Tv went out and maintenance man (cant remember his name)said it would take a while to fix, so staff gave us a new room and he helped us move move our luggage, very nice, respectful, and polite. We were very Thankful. Staff is top notch!

Seemed nice but....the carpet was soaking we around the air conditioner. Clock was set wrong. I thought the travociry listed said airport shuttle but their was NONE.

I booked this hotel because they said on their website that they had free shuttles to the airport. When I checked in I asked the receptionist about the service, she told me that they didn’t have a shuttle service so I wasted time and money having to book another hotel. The hotel should remove the amenities that they no longer have from their sites.
