Enjoy off-street parking, a newly updated kitchen, a basement arcade/game room, and a park directly across the street for kids and outdoor fun. Conveniently located near I-44 and Highway 141, you’ll have quick access to downtown St. Louis, Six Flags, restaurants, shopping, and more.

The space
Welcome to your home away from home! This is a newly remodeled rental with many amenities throughout. This home has 4 well appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor has a ramp leading to the front door as well as two bedrooms (one queen bedroom and one king bedroom) and a bathroom (shower) located on the first floor. The kitchen has been newly remodeled to include new appliances and all your cooking essentials. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with queen beds each and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Each room is equipped with a work station and a smart TV. In the basement you will find a second living area with a large flat screen tv, pin ball machine, arcade game, bubble hockey game as well as poker/bumper pool table. Conveniently located across the street is a spacious park with a playground and picnic area. This rental is located close to I-44 and HWY 141 as well as numerous restaurants and attractions. It is a quick 25 minutes to downtown St. Louis.
