Went for concert at the amphitheater and used the shuttle. It was great not having to have a DD. Everyone was able to drink and have a great time. Will definitely do this again!

The hotel room was dated and it didnt really smell that great. The king size bed was pretty stiff, almost like sleeping on the floor but a little more give. Also the walls didnt seem all that thick so peoples partying kept my wife up. All in all unimpressed with the room with how they advetise their rooms to "look".

Jackie at the front desk did an excellent job. She was very helpful when we had issues with our concert tickets loading on the app. She went above and beyond to help and was extremely patience and courteous. She made or stay less stressful

A nice stay before a concert.

The sound proofing between the door and the hallway was pretty much noon-existent. We could everyone in the hall as they came and went. The toilet in our room ran continuously. When I reported this to the front desk at checkout, they immediately took note and thanked me for telling them. Staff was professional and kind. The shuttle was efficient considering how many people were being moved.

It is a nice hotel to stay at if you're seeing bands at the Hollywood Amphitheater. Especially, having a shuttle to take you there and back. However, the hotel lost power for a few hours on 9/2/25 in the morning. This usually wouldn't be a big deal for me but I needed to get ready for the concert that morning due to appointments and whatnot for my son during the day. I know things happen that is out of our control but it just kind of threw a wrench into our schedule and so on. Otherwise, we had a good time.
