The desk staff seemed more concerned with taking their break. The room is dusty and everything is worn. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, like an actual door and toilet paper that you can’t see through. The refrigerator makes noises and my view sucks. I expected more. Some of the restaurants aren’t even open the first few days of the week and the one shop to buy stuff closes at 5.

The rooms were clean, but you could hear through walls waaay too easy. There isn’t any late night dining available and you can’t walk anywhere from that location. They do allow smoking in the casino, so many places smell like smoke.

It was better than average.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The barn door for the bathroom was a bit odd. Dinner for 4 in their Smokehoue BBQ Restaurant we very mediocre and took far too long to serve. With a bill of over $150 and us all agreeing that the mac and cheese on the side was the best thing about it, it was disappointing. Gaming the casino was fun. My last dealer of the evening was a riot and considering I broke even after 2 hours of play, I cannot complain. I'm not a slot player but their machines are ultra modern. Very flashy and big. The room pricing was very fair for what we got.

Toilet in our room erupted with soap foam onto the floor, clock numbers were broken and room smelled of sewer gas and smelled smokey. We moved to another room and the makeup mirror light was broken and the bedside lamp outlets didn’t work. The staff was very helpful and professional.

If you have problem with cig/cigar/pipe smoke, you'll have a problem in casino and restaurants. They have two casinos here, one of them COULD have been designated non-smoking but they were not. Disappointed.

The staff was friendly but the room was not clean stayed in the rodeo suite. There were panties on the floor from last guest. I tried to get refunded and could not I should have got a free stay or not have to pay for the night since the room was not clean.
