Went for concert at the amphitheater and used the shuttle. It was great not having to have a DD. Everyone was able to drink and have a great time. Will definitely do this again!

Great hotel, don’t plan to eat without reservation

The hotel was great for seeing a performance at the amphitheater. It was clean. The restaurant choice was lacking and without a reservation you are not going to eat in time to get to the concert. This was not ideal. On Saturday morning we went down for breakfast only to be told that they weren’t taking anymore tables even though there were multiple empties. The coffee shop offered a great breakfast and coffee. Everything else was wonderful. I did not visit the casino.

The hotel was fine, but extremely overpriced. Premium prices should equal premium amenities, but not here. Check-in took over 30 mins and the shuttle service to and especially from the music venue was completely overwhelmed, resulting in very long wait times

The casino and staff in general were great. My coworkers and I came for a concert and all staff we interacted with were pleasant and there were no issues whatsoever. The casino personnel were great as well, specifically the late night hot dog vendor, as a side note. Very quiet place even with a very large influx of visitors. Would stay again.

The room was nasty and not worth the price. The ice machine on my floor was broken. You had to go to other floors to get ice. They do not provide bottled water. You have to go down the hall and get luke warm water from a dispenser.

I travel often and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The floor of the room was extremely dirty but I looked past that at first, at bedtime I pulled the blanket down and there was no sheet on my bed so I had to call the front desk at midnight to ask for that and make the bed, lastly the morning after when it was time to leave I discovered my car was broken into along with several other vehicles. It was just a one night stay after a concert but it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

The desk staff seemed more concerned with taking their break. The room is dusty and everything is worn. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, like an actual door and toilet paper that you can’t see through. The refrigerator makes noises and my view sucks. I expected more. Some of the restaurants aren’t even open the first few days of the week and the one shop to buy stuff closes at 5.
