The desk staff seemed more concerned with taking their break. The room is dusty and everything is worn. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, like an actual door and toilet paper that you can’t see through. The refrigerator makes noises and my view sucks. I expected more. Some of the restaurants aren’t even open the first few days of the week and the one shop to buy stuff closes at 5.

The Check in was sub par. The person at the desk could barely be bothered to talk to anyone. The room was clean but the toilet handle was broken, TV didnt work, (mentioned frobt desk but nothing done) and pieces were missing to the coffee pot. All things were mentioned to management with a "Sorry that happened, we will look into it"

I loved staying here while attending a nearby concert. I was already pleased with the location and then when we were checking in they offered for us to purchase wristbands that would have a shuttle take us AND pick us up from the concert. I couldn’t be happier with my stay here.

The hotel check in was great, very friendly. The parking garage and hotel access was confusing. The hotel hallways were very hot and when we asked for additional pillows before we went to bed, 10pm, we were told housekeeping had gone home 🤔 Not sure if they took ALL of the extra pillows home or what ???

I loved my room so much. I booked the same suite for my stay in August. Beautiful room, love the shower and bathtub. Just no really breakfast options during the week is the only downside

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. We picked this location because it was within walking distance to the concert we were attending that night at St. Louis Music Park. The hotel turned out to be perfect for this event. What made it even more perfect was inside the hotel was the restaurant we wanted to eat at for our anniversary dinner and our room was comped by our hotels reward points we earned on our credit card. We even upgraded to a suite which I highly recommend because it was huge. We stayed in suite 1052. Our room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived. We were about 20 minutes early too. The staff was very welcoming and friendly made us feel right at home at check in. The staff even gave us a $25 food and beverage voucher since it was our anniversary. The FREE WiFi was very fast. The bed was super comfy. No need to bring dongles because there were plenty of USB ports to plug all of your devices into. Parking was FREE in the attached garage or the flat lots. There is an option for valet but I don’t know how much they charge since we were okay with the garage parking. If you are attending an event at the St. Louis Music Park or the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater and don’t want to deal with traffic or parking I would stay here. My rating: BEST.

The property itself was great. The staff were awesome. EXPEDIA NEVER SENT MY CONFIRMATION TO THE HOTEL. SO CHECK-IN TOOK OVER A HALF HOUR.
