This place is a joke. when you go to check in they demand a $100 cash deposit. No where in the booking did I see that a cash deposit would be demanded. They said that check out had to be between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM so that someone could be available to open the safe to return the deposit. When I went to check out at 8:30 AM the very rude desk girl said that I could check out, but not get the deposit because there was no one to open the safe. When I protested she said that I could come back at 3:00 PM. I had to raise a fit and then someone came and 30 minutes later they did give me back my $100. They seem to pull this stunt so that if you have to leave to catch a flight they just keep your money. They do not give you a receipt for the $100 cash so if you leave you just forfeit your cash. This is my fault for not looking at the reviews and just picking a cheap place near the Airport. NEVER AGAIN! This place was dirty and they did not even have a trash can inside the room. It was a total nightmare. The workers were extremely rude and lied about everything. I don't know why Travelocity would even list such a place on their website. Whatever you do don't stay here!!!
