I booked a room for a week for one of my workers. When my worker arrived the staff told him that they didnโ€™t have any rooms available. I wrote the staff in multiple occurrences to get my refund processed. Unfortunately they have failed to acknowledge my request. They even sent me an automated message asking about my stay. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since 1/12/25. I am still awaiting my refund.
