I am a person that firmly believe in having great accommodations when I'm doing the town or on vacation, however, hotels are beginning to be accommodating less and less. In the room. Phone did not work, no pen and pad and no free movie apps like netflix or youtube or tubi etc to watch good movies without having to pay for it. Charge for water too. Should not have to suffel out almost 400 dollars for a night out. Hyatt is my next choice of hotel not my primary.
