I had issues throughout my whole stay. The staff were rude, paid $40 dollars for parking and my room key wasn’t working so I still had to pay extra to leave parking garage each and everytime, the lights went out in my room and I had to move to another room. Once I got to the other room the hot water and heat wasn’t working. No one showed any type of concern especially General Manager. 0/10 I do not recommend

There was 1 single person working the desk at check-in, so took a little while longer than expected. The pictures looked great, so we were excited to explore the hotel but most areas were blocked off or being worked on (that would have been nice to know ahead of time). However, the arch view from our room was beautiful and the room was quite nice for the price.
The view from our 6th floor room. It was even better at night, but didn’t get a picture.
