The Hyatt is greedy. They charge their customers $40 per day to park their vehicle on their freaking property where they’re already patronizing. Horrible to treat your customers like that! Just GREEDY

The tub/shower in rm. 930 was disgusting. The shower knob was broke Ana every time we took a shower it would fall off into the tub onto our feet. This went on for 4 days and 3 nights. Then the tub itself was horrible. It looked as if they were about to paint it or something was stuck and they scraped it off and didn’t repaint or repair it. For almost $200 per night we should’ve gotten better. Then to charge a customer $40 per day to park at your hotel we’re already patronizing is a crime and the Hyatt should reimburse every single customer their parking money cause how dare you be greedy and think it’s okay to treat your customers like that.the staff however was amazing! Very top notch! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The African American Male Manager was amazing and his staff.

My stay was terrible this time around. Nowhere near my first experience. valet and that was terrible service we waited 30min for the valet guy come to the car and check in. He finally came and valet the car. We checked in and went to our room it looked clean and organized. And then we called down to Ruth Chris restaurant to see if they were booked or we can make a reservation “no one answered”. So we went to elevator to go downstairs “two elevators were out of order” so we had to went (20-30min ) for a elevator to come to our floor.. we finally went downstairs to Ruth Chris restaurant walked in and they said tonight only was a (reservation night) they’re not taking walk in. Only reservations. I said I called to make a reservation but no one answer I called 5 times. She replied “sorry sir” we are busy… so I let it go and left to valet service area in the front door. And he replied I have to go downstairs to P1 to retrieve my car they can’t bring it to the front door. I replied every time I been here the valet brings it to the front door. He replied again that I have to go to p1. So I went to p1 to retrieve my car and the valet guy said it’ll be 15/20min before he can bring it around because they parked it in another lot because the other valet guy “thought we were staying in tonight” TERRIBLE service. We left came back to our room 3hours later and no one was at the front door to valet park it so I called and front desk said drop the keys off and valet will

Could’ve been better - but would stay again

The hotel as a whole was clean, put together - check in process was easy and they were super friendly. We had to park 2 blocks away because the garage was full already 15 mins after check in, which was a damper with luggage/being cold. Our room was average - tv on the wall was about to fall off the wall cause it wasn’t attached, pillows were great but the bed was hard (I’m picky, yes lol). Restaurants were great to eat at there. More than likely would stay again.

While the people were nice, the property itself was very disappointing for the price. Valet parking was truly the only option and it was insanely priced. The hotel room smelled like mildew, the bathtub paint was peeling, the bedding was very outdated. If I could post the picture I would.
