Kinda like a college apartment
The overall vibe struck me as a college town apartment: the building was fine, but finishes were underwhelming. The unit itself was a little small, but workable. We had a scenario where the heater seemed to be acting up; the room actually got warmer after we shut the heat off.
It was a pleasant enough stay, and served the purpose we had come for: visiting our adult children. It was a bit of a walk to get to the historic district.
