Very clean ,friendly neighbors, nice neighborhood within a block away from the park and a Schnucks down the street but, I could only get the heat to work more so during night time, which made me have to buy electric heaters for me and mom, but other than getting the temperature control system to work it was a nice environment to get away , nice beds and decor, and very nice host . Perhaps, I should have mentioned that to the host but, this place is a nice location.

It’s Loud but in a Great Location!

This building is a 4 unit building and it’s an older building. The location is great but the building is extremely loud. You will hear the other units’ alarms going off and entire phone conversations. There is no getting around how noisy it is. The post was advertised as washer dryer in unit but it is in the basement and it is shared between all units. The post also advertised on site parking but it is just street parking. The owner said I could park in the back yard but if the ground is wet at all you will get stuck. My neighbors across the hall smoked and the smoke would float into my unit. I had some issues with the smoke detector and a light in the bathroom but those things were fixed very quickly. The owner was very easy to communicate with and he was always very responsive. I stayed in this unit for 3 months and I wouldn’t recommend it as a long term rental but for just a weekend/few days in St. Louis it would be great because of the location and it is a safe area.

Please put in light blocking curtains for the two bedrooms! There is too much light for just blinds. This is a great property, small footprint but the AC was reliable and the apartment is very quiet. It could also use a chain for the front door in addition to the combination lock.
