Wife had medical issue that made the bathroom inaccessible. We made the reservation a half hour before we got there on Saturday, place was packed with tournament and Cards in town. Realized the problem the min we walked in so we had to leave. It was less than a total 45 minutes from the time we made the reservation to when we had to cancel. Had to wait till Monday to get word the manager refused refund. Likely they ended up getting paid for that room twice in the same night.Wont do business with Wyndem again.

I’ve contacted corporate and filed a complaint due to a couple of individuals that have no management or hospitality skills whatsoever. The overhead manager, Ed Sosa blew me away with his inability to behave professionally after filing a complaint against the general manager, Crystal and her evening staff, Front desk concierge that accused me of racism while treated me with very little respect. The morning staff was respectful and extremely professional. The evening staff displayed disgraceful treatment and the GM, a backhanded tone as well as accusations of racism were appalling. If anyone was bias in a discriminatory manner, it was the attitude and tone of these individuals when I first walked into the lobby. I grew up in the area and never in my life have experienced a hotel that my friends and family have used for years throughout high school parties, activities, catastrophic events when our town flooded turn into something so discriminating and indifferent towards certain individuals. These people are obviously not from our community.

Traveled with husband and adult son. Easy check-in and out with friendly staff. Our room was on the second floor, easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Unfortunately we didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, so can't comment on that. Our double room was as advertised. Clean and equipped with a small, clean and cold fridge, clean and working microwave and coffee maker. We rarely use the TV when we stay anywhere so can't comment on that other than there is one. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were ok - fluffed unless they came untucked, then sort of flat (easy fix tho). Towels were middling - clean, not thread bare, but a tad rough. Shower had a wall mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser. All full of product. AC worked well. If we had one complaint about the room it would be that when taking a shower the water temp would sometimes fluctuate from hot to cold and back, which can be a little shocking, but after the first round of showers we all expected it, so was ready for it if/when it happened again. A minor annoyance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
