To help make your stay as smooth as possible, here are a few important things to keep in mind:

Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly property! A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per reservation will be manually added after booking to cover additional cleaning costs. Please note: only dogs are permitted; any other pets are not allowed. A $200 fine will apply if the pet policy is violated.

No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $250 fine will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.

Lost & Found: We are not responsible for items left behind. If you need something returned, a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs, will apply.

Long-Term Stay Fee: Stays longer than 21 days require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50, which will be manually added after reservation confirmation.

Late Check-Out: Any unapproved late check-out will incur a $50 fee.

We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to get you settled in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, please plan to purchase any additional items as needed.
