Welcome to this top floor studio apartment on South Main in historic St. Charles! This beautifully appointed space offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. This oversized apartment on the third floor offers a front parade balcony, immersing you in the vibrant atmosphere of South Main. Although it is a walk-up unit, the spacious layout and amenities make it well worth the ascent.

The apartment features a kitchenette, allowing you to prepare light meals and snacks at your convenience. With a full laundry facility, you can easily take care of your laundry needs during your stay. The dining table for 5 provides ample space for meals.

The apartment also boasts a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing convenience and comfort. The king bed ensures a restful night's sleep, accommodating up to 2 guests.

The highlight of this apartment is the balcony, offering a peaceful retreat to enjoy your morning coffee, dive into a good book, or simply stargaze in the evenings. It's a wonderful spot to relax and soak up the ambiance of the charming surroundings.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This property is right on Main Street in St. Charles. It’s very clean and the host was immediately responsive. The view from the front porch overlooks historic Main St, a beautiful park and the river. We look forward to staying here again!

We recently spent 7 days at this property. The location is unbeatable...in the heart of the historic St. Charles retail and restaurant district. Jeff was exceptionally attentive to our every need and expectation. Very spacious and clean. Looking forward to our next stay at this property.

Clean in downtown st Charles came with free gym access too something we used 2x and appreciated. There are some steps so able bodies only.

The property was ready early and I was notified right away. Then the location and unit were perfect for the two who stayed. The old school look with newer finished and convenience fit us perfectly. Will definitely like to stay here again. Thank you.

Great Location

Wonderful experience. Private parking spot close to the unit. 1800s construction so staircase is a tad steep but after a few runs on it, we settled right in and never thought about it again. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. Great view onto Main Street. Location was perfect for Christmas shopping, taking our haul back to the room and setting out again for more shopping. Plenty of places to eat. Just a great experience.

As advertised. This was a work stay and location was close and convenient. Only thing that didn't work for me was brightness of the room and street noise during the day as I am a light sleeper. But probably not an issue for people who follow regular schedules. Great little balcony and back porch.
