Front desk staff was great but limited to what they could do to help. No ac for 11 days, gave me a floor fan as hotel was booked as well as other hotels because of the convention I was attending. Killed a roach the first day and again on 3 day after they sprayed with odorless bug spray. No cold water in shower to cool off. Restaurant not open, Ice machine broken on 3rd floor, had to get from front desk. Request for clean sheets after 5 days was ignored, had to ask again. Booked with Expedia and when I requested a discount for my inconvenience of suffering w/o ac in July it was denied!

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was great, and everything was clean and well-maintained, just as we had expected. The only downside was that many of the attractions and dining places are located in the Midtown area, which is a bit too far for a walking distance. We ended up taking Uber quite a bit, but overall, the property is self-sufficient.

Horrible Stay

They cancelled our reservation which we booked 4 months ago and did not have the decency to notify us so we were left without a hotel room. They said they overbooked meanwhile they cancelled all reservations made before June in order to jack up the rates for a convention in town. They weren’t sorry at all. We got our money back but we got screwed on the whole weekend. Hotels.com did not offer any compensation or travel vouchers either. Hotels.com said they will continue to have this horrible hotel on their booking site which means I will never use hotels.com again. Can’t trust the hotels they list. No guarantee from the site whatsoever.

Сам отель и комната были довольно комфортные. Обслуживающий персоонал работал отлично. Сначала мне дали комнату на 5 этаже, но там было жарко. Тогда мне поменяли комнату на 4 этаж, где было прохладнее. Единственное, что мне не понравилось - старые слабые кодиционеры.

Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing. Front desk helped me with issues that I found with the room (smelled like cigarette smoke and closet door handle broke off). The hotel really needs to be updated due to wear and tear.

Ugh

Sheets from each room were laying outside of the room for most of the day, rooms were clean but hallways were piles of laundry. Staff were not incredibly knowledgeable of the area, when asked about options in the area for pizza they had no idea, just seemed odd to not know that basic information. To top it all off woke up to one of the windows on my truck smashed. There were no other vehicles that way so am assuming it was a post baseball angry fan or something but definitely didn’t help win me over for the hotel.
