This property had access to a pool, the beach, some dining, and minimal shopping. However, the resort itself did not have actual activities for the guests, other than the usual daily activities it had scheduled on a weekly basis. No complaints about the resort amenities itself, but more comments about the limitations we had with activities, taxi rides, and things to do off the resort. Taxi service was very difficult to arrange. Curacao does not have Uber or Lyft and even coming to the resort from the airport was a task. Taxis here do not pester you for a ride, rather you need to pester them, and it seemed as though taxis were not interested in driving to this resort because of how "far" it was (only 20-25 mins). The price of the taxi is another thing. Nothing under $50 EACH WAY to go pretty much anywhere, and make sure you book a rental car a few weeks in advance because they were sold out of cars through the entirety of our stay. They also ran out of snorkels on the beach, so reserve those too. If you are the type of traveler who likes to book things upon arrival in your destination, this is not the place to do it. Better to book things well in advance, but mostly a car so you don't feel stuck at the resort with the overpriced taxi drivers at your mercy. If you are looking for a place to just relax, eat, swim, and sleep, this is it. If you are looking for a place where you can explore more of the island, enjoy night life, or see the city, this resort may not be it.
