Had moderate expectations before arrival, but hotel was clean & comfortable, staff were all fantastically helpful and welcoming. Ate in the restaurant as arrived too late to explore & find any alternative and food delicious and service excellent. View of lake and mountains from dining room/bar and our room amazing too. Absolutely loved it and all its quirks!

Excellent stay at this charming hotel. Great location. Helpful staff. The views of the green forest and snow capped mountains from our room were amazing!!! Best views of any room that I have ever experienced. Good breakfast provided. This hotel is a great value. I would most definitely recommend staying here. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Renovated old building with wonderful views of the lake and nice breakfast and bar area, and otherwise standard amenities for a 4 star hotel. Rooms on the smaller side (but not small for Europe) and service is friendly but limited (think no front desk after 10 pm, extra pay to be picked up from train station during limited hours, but taxis available). overall, a great choice for one night in St. Moritz at the end of Glacier Express ride on the way to Italy via Bernina Express for our family of four.

This hotel is situated nicely in St. Moritz. It sits high up in the city, and it is well worth reserving a room with a view of the lake, which is absolutely spectacular. Breakfast is very well done, with elegance and views of the lake and surrounding mountains that overlook the city.
