The living area is equipped with a comfortable seating, a desk at the secretary, a mini system and a 32 inch LCD flat screen with satellite TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher.
At the table you can sit comfortably with the whole family for dinner or for game evenings.
If required, a high chair is available.
On the ground floor there is one of the 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower 1.10mx 1.10m.
In our district of Böhl, you can enjoy a restful tranquility due to the beautiful location of our house on the wood.
The sunny terrace invites you to sunbathe on the lounger.
At the coffee time you sit under the sunshade protected from the sun.
There is a parasol and 3 loungers at the house.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a third small bedroom with a bed and the second bathroom.
In one of the bedrooms there is a cot and a changing table for our very young guests. There is also a baby bath in the house.

In the front area of the property there is for the little guests
a playground with a tree house, slide, sandpit and a swing.

The house is located on a sandy path directly on a small pine grove.
There is no through traffic. Therefore, they enjoy absolute peace and relaxation.
