This beautiful 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite located within the Sandpearl Resort & Spa on Clearwater Beach and is located on the top floor of the resort and features a well appointed living room with a nice full sized sitting area, with a pullout couch, two royal blue club chairs, and a queen bed. The living room has its own private balcony for the kids/guests to capture the most exquisite city and harbor views. The bedroom offers privacy and has a king bed that attaches to the bathroom, which includes his & her vanities, large shower, and a tub. The suite also has an full sized in-room washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ quartz countertops and bar. This top floor suite faces East and has a spectacular view of Mandalay Bay.

We had a lovely time with our three kids. Tom was always responsive and informative. Very clean, spacious, family friendly, and well maintained unit on the top floor. Resort had very friendly staff on site. Restaurant is delicious. My in-laws stayed a few floors below, and booked through the hotel directly. They also had a great time. Pool and beach were both excellent. Wish we lived closer so we could come back sooner. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Property was as listed. It was nice to have more space than just a normal hotel room. Owners were easy to communicate with. Location was great - we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Resort is lovely and beach is beautiful. We have older kids but this would be a great place to take younger kids as well.

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay! The suite was extremely clean and great use of the space with having the extra bed. The location was fantastic and having a washer and dryer was wonderful for a family. We loved the luxuries that the Sandpearl had to offer as well. Tom was very quick to respond with any questions we had and he was a great host. We loved our stay and will absolutely be rebooking again.

Perfection! Just Book It!

Beautiful, spotless, exactly as described and then some. There was so much space to spread out and tons of amenities. We felt extremely comfortable. Hands down the best Vrbo we have experienced. This is my second stay at The Sandpearl. The first stay was in a traditional room. After staying in Tom's penthouse there's no going back. We will absolutely return and book with Tom.

Great family long weekend

We stayed here over Easter weekend as a family. I have two teens and they loved all the resort amenities. Tom was a great host. Very helpful and kept us up to date on all the things we needed to know. Would definitely recommend and will come back!

Sand Pearl Penthouse

The location was perfect, with the beach, activities and restaurants all within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring the area and found the hotel a beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Tom was a most gracious host with his quick response and impeccably clean room as well as accommodating our requests. I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend.
