LISTING DESCRIPTION:
This spotless newly renovated 3BR/2BA home features a large private fenced in backyard/patio, firepit, propane grill and two chaise lounge chairs all with a tropical vibe! We are very centrally located and minutes to several of Florida top beaches: Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, Redington, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Gulfport are all a short drive. Come experience all the beauty this area has to offer!

ABOUT THIS SPACE:
This home is new everything - all new on the inside, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new backyard, new landscape, new paver patio, new firepit, new grill, new fence...the list goes on.

Our home can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. We provide paid access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ and Paramount+. The master bedroom features a King size mattress with a 50" Smart TV along with a Roku. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in stand-up shower. One guest bedroom has a King size mattress and the other has a Queen size mattress and both have Smart TV's. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. The living room features a very comfortable couch and a 65" Smart TV along with a Roku. We offer fast internet, so this is a perfect place to work remotely. We also personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean and cozy home.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. We have a large fully fenced-in, private outdoor patio/backyard with a patio table that has seating for 7-8. There is also an outdoor fire pit, propane grill, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a hammock if you want to relax or get your tan on. Our garage has a washer and dryer available plus plenty of storage space. Bring your e-bikes and ride them to the Pinellas Trail, to beautiful nature/exercise trials nearby, or to the beach!

PLEASE NOTE: We have a very large beautiful tree on the property and there are large roots throughout parts of the yard (they are not in common gathering areas). Please also be mindful when walking around the front and back yard. We are not responsible for any injuries due to tree roots around the property. As long as you are mindful, you will not have an issue.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.

- Beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 2 small coolers).

- Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and a stand-alone high chair are provided. We do have a 2nd pack and play available upon request.

- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $99 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max pet pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If pets are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

- For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed should a deep clean be required after your check-out. For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$100 cleaning fee).

- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings.

Cute and Clean Home

This house is well-maintained and super clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to get started.There's coffee, spices and all the things you need to make a meal. It's a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants, etc. Danielle is very responsive. This was our second stay at this home and we would stay there again if we visit.

Perfect for families with small children

We stayed here for a week with our 16 month-old daughter. Everything was perfect! We really loved the property and Danielle has stocked the house with kids toys, kids beach toys, pack and play, high chairs… everything we needed to have a great time. I can’t recommend enough if you’re traveling with your little one.

Well-maintained Property

There was a small issue upon check in, but Danielle apologized and made it up to us. House was very clean & held all the amenities we needed. Really nice tv's in living room & bedrooms with a lot of free streaming services. Had coffee pods, suger & creamer available which was a nice touch. Before you panic like i almost did, if you can't find the bath towels look on the MBR closet shelf. House location was great. Overall, we had an excellent stay in very comfortable accommodations.

We were looking for a place that was conveniently located. After comparing many rentals I chose this one because it checked all the boxes and had great reviews. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and I wish all were as perfect as this one. Danielle has thought of everything you could possibly need/want during your stay, and the home is very comfortable. The home is new and updated, and the yard is perfect for hanging out, along with being pretty well located if you want to hit SPB or anything along Gulf Blvd. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was small, but had plenty of bedrooms. Danielle was extremely prompt in her responses. In past rentals, we had an issue with low quality furniture and being uncomfortable on the couch and beds. We loved hanging out at this house and had great sleep. The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The only negative was the neighbors dogs barking early in the morning. The houses are closer together so it woke us up most mornings. Of course this is a small negative compared to the whole stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

This place was top notch. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. All new inside and a great fenced-in backyard for hanging out and enjoying the weather. Washer and dryer is very handy. The host is extremely responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars all the way around.

Lovely House

5 star stay. This house is in perfect condition and everything is brand new in it. The size was just perfect for us and had everything we needed. Loved the fenced in back yard. I would for sure stay at this house again. We were supposed to arrive the day a hurricane hit. The owner refunded me and stayed in contact giving me many updates on how the conditions were to drive in. Owner gets a 5 star rating as well.

Everything You Could Need

This house was bright, super clean, and very comfortable. The owner has anticipated all of the things you might want for your stay...night lights, paper products, spices, beach stuff, etc. She is very considerate and responsive, checking in to make sure everything is okay. This is a lovely home, and we would highly recommend this property.
