PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4â5 feet high, meaning youâll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. Enjoy an early morning walk on the beach down to Pier 60. Find out âwhatâs bitingâ from the early birds fishing off the pier. Stroll past the green space over to the city municipal marina for a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast from our little secret joint, the Marina Restaurant.
Head back to the condo for some poolside activity. A few laps in the pool, a little shuffleboard, or simply some good conversation in the sun or in the shade and cool breezes of the cabana hut.
Thinking about lunch? Head back upstairs for a sandwich and watch the passing of boats along Clearwater Pass Inlet from your 14th-floor balcony. The view of the coast is phenomenal.
How about an afternoon workout in the on-property gym and a sauna to follow? Donât forget about the billiards table to challenge some of your new friends.
After dinner at one of the many restaurant choices, you can return to your private enclave on the 14th floor and wonder about the fortunes of your day

We have stayed in this same building multiple times in the past. We do it for the location and the view. The unit we stayed in this time was musty, dated with old cheap furniture, poorly decorated, and soiled stained rugs. Old refrigerator with nonworking ice machine. No smart TV. I had to purchase a fire stick so that I was able to watch modern television. Most of the lamps didnât work. Old bathrooms with staining and mold in the shower. Molding missing throughout the unit. Virtually no condiments or cleaning supplies provided. Again, we book this for the view and the location.
The Condo had a very uncomfortable couch ...not what was shown in the pics .
Very poor cheap seats on balcony .
Complicated TV set up with no DVD or streaming service .
Given the wrong internet info.
Absolutely no draws or shelves to use .
Unstable bed ....would have been nice to have had a King bed .
Many things not up to standard or in need of repair .
The condo was just a right size for myself and my husband, with an excellent location and a spectacular viwe of the balcony.
Water pressure is low there to the point 2 people cannot take a shower at the same time, in fact even a toalet flush decreases an ammount of a water from the shower significantly.
Musty smell throughout the appartment is present.
Good working washer/dryer/fridge and clean new kitchen are enjoyable, as well as pleasant and friendly tenants and pleasnt pool outside of the condo.
